Assetz (in.astudentzone.assetz) · Effective 27 October 2026

In short: Assetz helps you keep a record of what you own and owe and pass it to the people you choose. It is a record-keeping tool, not a bank, broker or adviser. You are responsible for what you enter and whom you share it with.

Assetz is provided by Juhosi Software Technologies Private Limited (CIN U72900KA2018PTC110225), No 14/11, 28/11, Popular Colony, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068. In these terms, "we" means this company.

Using Assetz

By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. You must be 18 or over. Questions: naga2980@gmail.com.

What Assetz is, and is not

Assetz stores the details you enter about your assets, insurance, loans, expenses and family, and works out totals, scores and reminders from them.
It does not hold or move money, does not connect to your bank or insurer, and does not give financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Values, scores, tax dates and claim guides are general information and may be out of date; check with the institution or a professional before you act.
Reminders are scheduled on your phone and may not arrive if notifications are off or your phone restricts the app. Do not rely on them alone for payments.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details and app PIN private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Give true details about yourself. A mobile number is used for your account only after it is confirmed (for example with Truecaller).
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile > Delete my account) or as described on the account deletion page.

Your data and your nominees

What you enter stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run the app for you, as the privacy policy describes.
You decide which people and assets are shared, and when (always, or after the Legacy Switch period). Make sure each nominee's email is correct: whoever controls that email can see what you shared with it.
Documents, expenses and backups stay on your phone. Keep your backup passphrase safe; we cannot recover it.

Fair use

Do not misuse the app: no breaking into other accounts, no automated scraping, no attempts to cheat rewards or referrals, and no unlawful content. We may suspend an account that does this.

Free plan, ads and rewards

The free plan shows ads on some screens. Paid plans, if offered, will show their price and terms before you buy.
Reward points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and their rules may change. Points not yet uploaded can be lost if the app is removed.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Assetz running and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. We may change or stop features. If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before important changes take effect.

Payments

Assetz is free today. If paid plans or bill payments are offered, the price and any fee are shown before you pay, payments are processed by Google Play or by our licensed payment partner, and our refund and cancellation policy applies.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by wrong or missing information you entered, a reminder that did not arrive, or what a person you shared with does. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
